Yes. Eko Learn is provided at no cost to government schools — there is no subscription fee, no per-student charge, and no trial period that expires.

Why is SmartSchool paid but Eko Learn isn't?

Eko Learn is built to support public education at scale, so it's free to the government schools that use it. SmartSchool is a commercial product for private schools, priced as a subscription based on school size.

Can a school use both products?

Yes. Both products run on the same Lumia OS platform and share the same account model, so a school can adopt one product now and the other later without losing any data.

How is our school's data handled?

How long does onboarding take?

Most schools are up and running within a week of getting in touch. Larger school groups on SmartSchool's Enterprise plan get a dedicated onboarding specialist.
